Alpharetta’s 2025 city council race set as qualifying window closes

Alpharetta, Georgia – The race for Alpharetta’s 2025 General Municipal Election is now officially underway, with the qualifying period for candidates having closed. The ballot is set, and voters will see a mix of incumbents and challengers vying for seats on the city council this November.

For Post 1, only one name will appear on the ballot. Kirk Driskell has qualified and will stand as the sole candidate for the seat.
