Fulton County, Georgia – Fulton County Arts & Culture has extended the deadline for applications for its 2026 Contracts for Services funding cycle. This gives artists and organizations more time to finish extra compliance requirements that are necessary. The revised deadline is 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. This change is meant to enable applicants deal with increased financial and immigration paperwork requirements without rushing the process.
The county spends money on arts and culture every year, and the Contracts for Services program helps nonprofit groups and individual artists who create programs for local communities. For the 2026 cycle, rewards will be between $1,000 and $50,000 and can be utilized for initiatives that are eligible and will happen at any time during the 2026 calendar year.

All applicants must now fill out a Financial Compliance Form through the WebGrants system in order to be considered for funding. Nonprofits, public institutions, and educational institutions are all required to send in a Georgia Security and Immigration Affidavit that has a valid E-Verify number.
Individual applicants who do not employ staff may instead provide a state-issued driver’s license or identification card. The county’s purchasing department looks over these papers first. Only applications that fulfill all compliance standards are sent forward for eligibility review and panel evaluation.
People who have already sent in ideas will be able to fill out the compliance form and upload the required documentation before the new deadline. County officials said the added time is meant to ensure fairness and accuracy, not to change the substance of the funding criteria.
Fulton County Arts & Culture has added a new grant category for Veterans Arts Services for 2026, in addition to the extended deadline. This change is meant for nonprofit organizations who use arts-based programs to help veterans as part of their goal. In addition to meeting the organization’s stated mission, projects in this category must also take place in 2026.
All applications must be sent in by the due dates listed on the county’s WebGrants portal. The application system has all the necessary documents, such as official affidavits, E-Verify instructions, and rules that are relevant.
County officials stressed that these changes are part of an ongoing effort to make arts financing more available while keeping contracting rules clear and consistent. The modifications are meant to help make the review process more transparent and keep the arts scene in Fulton County varied and welcoming.
