Fulton County, Georgia – Fulton County is now accepting applications for financing from nonprofit groups through its 2026 Community Services Program. This is the start of a new round of proposals aimed at supporting residents across the county. The Department of Purchasing and Contract Compliance sent out the Request for Proposals on Tuesday, January 27, on behalf of the Department of Community Development.
Nonprofit groups with 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(19) status that help those living in Fulton County can apply for the program. Proposals that are eligible must fit into one of the service categories listed in the RFP. These categories are meant to meet the needs of the community through programs that are delivered locally. County officials stressed that entries must directly benefit the people of Fulton County and meet all program standards.
The county is holding virtual pre-proposal conferences and technical assistance workshops to help groups with the application process. The purpose of these seminars is to explain how the program works, what has to be submitted, and provide candidates a chance to ask county staff questions directly. People from both the Department of Community Development and the Department of Purchasing and Contract Compliance will be there.

There are two virtual workshops planned. The first one will be on Tuesday, February 3, from 1 to 3 p.m., and the second one will be on Wednesday, February 11, from 10 a.m. to noon. Organizations are asked to sign up ahead of time for the session they want. If you have questions about registering for a workshop, you can email the county.
You must send all proposals electronically through Fulton County’s WebGrants portal. The last day to send in your application is Friday, February 27, 2026, at 3 p.m. Late entries will not be accepted, therefore applicants should give themselves enough time to finish the online process.
The Fulton County Purchasing Department’s bid page and the WebGrants portal both have the full RFP and all of the supporting papers. County officials urge NGOs who are interested to carefully read the materials and attend the technical help sessions to make sure their submissions are complete and competitive.
